Shipping StudioCopic’s quality procedures ensure that all orders are securely packaged to ensure that they reach you as they left our store.
All shipping costs are calculated on weight and determined as the order goes through the on-line checkout process. We use Australia Post for shipping and charge standard Australia Post rates.
These rates are $5.50 for purchases up to 500g and $8.80 for purchases weighing between 500 and 3000grams. We offer free shipping on all orders over $280 (Airbrush Compressors are excluded from this offer). What do some of the Products Weigh?

Products that exceed the Australian Post maximum size, (such as compressors) are assessed and priced according to their actual or cubic weight equivalent which ever is greater, and then sent via courier. Orders will be dispatched twice weekly on Wednesday and Friday. The cut-off times on both these days is 7am. Should a product be found to be out of stock after a purchase has been made, we will contact you via email to either arrange a back-order, a change of product or to arrange a refund.

International Shipping
Postage prices quoted are for postage only within Australia. Should you wish to have products delivered internationally please do not proceed through the checkout. Email your order to sales@studioworkshops.com.au and we will quote postage for you. We will then send you a PayPal invoice for secure on-line payment
Returns
We gladly accept returns provided the goods are in a resaleable condition and are as listed in our on-line store.
The goods must be returned within 14 (fouteen) days of you receiving them, undamaged and in the original packaging. Your satifisfaction is important to Studio Copic so please email us with any concerns.
